Butterflies Are Free by Leonard Gershe explores the complexities of independence and unexpected connection. Don, an aspiring musician, has recently moved into his own flat against his mother's concerns about his blindness. When Jill, his new neighbour, arrives with infectious confidence and charm, an unlikely friendship begins to develop.
