Community sing-alongs of popular songs.
As winner of the Celebrating Rushcliffe Health and Wellbeing Award 2023 runner up 2024, the Joyful Jukebox aims to enable as many as possible to access the therapeutic power of music to improve their health and wellbeing. Informal social sing-alongs create opportunities to meet new people and become part of welcoming social groups through the enjoyment of singing in a relaxed, friendly and fun environment. No experience or musical ability is needed, no booking is required and entry and refreshments are free. Our groups are dementia friendly and fully inclusive. People look forward to coming along and leave with a smile on their face and a spring in their step.
