In August, we return with our Corsican Evening, back by popular demand after last year’s wonderful success. For one night, our French little corner transforms into a celebration of the sunniest flavours of the Mediterranean. Served as a series of small sharing dishes, the menu invites you to taste a variety of Corsica’s culinary traditions, generous, rustic and deeply rooted in island culture. Corsica is the homeland of Stéphane and part of Pierre’s roots, so this evening is crafted with particular pride and affection. It is more than a menu; it is a tribute to heritage, sunshine and the joy of sharing food around the table.
