Shadows of a Silhouette

are a raw, unapologetic Alternative Rock n Roll band hailing from Alfreton Derbyshire. The band were formed by core song writers Nathan Brown (lead vocals, guitar) and Reece Carter (Lead Guitar) back in 2019 and later joined by Tyler Henderson on drums in 2021, with Shay Brady joining the fold in late 2025.

The band prides themselves on their distinctive gritty garage rock sound and their ability to raise the energy in a room every time they play live. Touchstones like The White Stripes, The Strokes, and early Kings of Leon can be heard in the DNA of their music, but their identity is unmistakably theirs.

“Contemporary folk artist Emily is singer-songwriter with an innate feeling for crafting meaningful stories. Taking inspiration from traditional English and American music, her work has been described as “a superb example of what modern folk song writing can achieve.”

Rhys Turner

is a singer/songwriter from East Midlands known mostly for fronting the band “The Faith Estate”. But as of recently has been performing his solo material to audiences around England. His debut EP “Making Shapes In The Dark” blends modern day folk music with nursery rhyme simplicity- as well as a strange lineup of brushes, reed organs, strings and woodwinds live.
