IN THE CLOUDS IS A LOCAL MUSIC EVENT IN NOTTINGHAM CITY CENTRE. OUR AIM IS TO BRING BRAND NEW, UP AND COMING, LOCAL BANDS AND ARTISTS IN TO THE SPOTLIGHT.
