Tchotchke is a New York-based indie pop trio that merges 1960s girl group harmonies with contemporary indie sensibility. Formed by Anastasia Sanchez, Eva Chambers, and Emily Tooraen, the band evolved from the Los Angeles outfit Pinky Pinky before establishing themselves in New York.
Drawing inspiration from The Beach Boys, The Ronettes, and The Shangri-Las, Tchotchke crafts music that balances nostalgic influences with a modern edge. Their self-titled debut album arrived in 2022, followed by Playin' Dumb in 2025, which refined their distinctive blend of sunshine pop and power pop. The band's sound appeals to fans of The Velvet Underground, The Lemon Twigs, Wet Leg, and similar artists.
