Kaspar & Lucy bring Mississippi Hill Country and Juke Joint Blues to Billy Bootleggers. This collaboration between two established UK blues musicians combines their shared passion for Delta blues traditions with a contemporary approach. Kaspar Berry Rapkin, based in St Albans, performs regularly on the London blues circuit and leads The Swamp Dogs, while Lucy Piper, from Exeter, is recognised as a session drummer who has worked with notable blues artists including Ben Waters and American Delta musicians such as Watermelon Slim and Robert Kimbrough Sr. Together, they aim to showcase the authenticity, power, and groove of this distinctive musical genre to both dedicated blues enthusiasts and new audiences alike.
